You can only get to that point by spending time in the Word. Revelation 22: 16 calls Jesus the Bright and morning star. The bright start of each day is starting the morning with Jesus. The one who strengthens us and prepares us for the day, no matter how bad it could be. Your day is always better when you start it with Jesus.
